Our Rates

For $65 per month (with a 6 month contract), you get (one) well designed e-newsletter based on your brochure or other documents and distribute it to homes and businesses in central Arizona. Additional monthly newsletter broadcasts are $20 each (setup fee may apply).

Postcard service

Our Campaign Manager includes postcard service to coordinate postcard mailings with your e-newsletter.

Postcards can be reproduced, addressed, and mailed for 60₵ per card or $150 for 250 cards, includes postage, 5.47" x 4.21" postcards, full color front, and B&W back.

Our customized Campaign Manager includes contact information to over 3000 homes and businesses and we can also broadcast using your contact list.

• Send attachments with your newsletter
• Text-Only version of e-newsletters for users that can’t view a graphic newsletter
• The e-newsletter may be configured to appear to come directly from your computer or as desired.
• Schedule the e-newsletter delivery to your customers to coordinate with other advertisements or events.

After sending newsletter broadcast:

• Manage recipients that require completion of a conformation form.
• Detailed recipient report sent after broadcast
• Collect undeliverable addresses and remove them from future broadcasts
• Management of unsubscribe requests with personalized conformation messages.

Our Campaign Manager can find related organizations by common phone/fax numbers, names, websites, or e-mail addresses.

If needed, we will get a copy of any undeliverables that you have received in your mailbox so they can be remove them from the next broadcast.
